The High Volume Hydrocarbon Extractor, or HVH-50, by SciPhy Systems and Scientific 710, is an efficient and easy-to-operate hydrocarbon extraction system that produces high volumes of extracts in short runtimes.
The HVH-50 was engineered from the ground up to save operators time, labor and energy while delivering the highest possible quality of extracts. In addition to making ready-for-sale extracts, the machine comes equipped with numerous features including color remediation and filtration, solvent recovery, biomass solvent recovery, solvent condensation and storage and granulate media columns.
Requiring only a single operator, the HVH-50 can make any BHO product in a single run and average runtimes are cut in half, according to the manufacturers.
The HVH-50 uses patented Symphase technology, an innovative thermal utility process that dramatically increases efficiency of butane and propane solvent recovery.
The HVH-50 has a throughput of 50 pounds per hour, is powered by less than 40amps, and has an average runtime of 45 to 60 minutes.
