Mariposa Technology, a provider of non-invasive, real-time hemp testing technology, announced its flagship product, the Predictive Analytical Modeling Application for Plants (PAMAP), a crop analysis tool available directly to hemp cultivators in October.
The PAMAP is a hemp software and database that uses Mariposa Technology’s handheld Raman spectrometer device to allow cultivators to identify plant sex and measure THC levels in minutes without cutting samples or sending plant matter to a lab.
“Hemp cultivators face enormous risk if they misidentify plant sex or miss the narrow harvesting window before THC levels exceed federal limits,” Mariposa Technology chief operating officer Michael Dalle Molle said in a press release. “By putting our technology in the hands of growers, we’re giving them the ability to make faster, more informed decisions that protect their crops, maximize yield and increase profits.”
