To handle the immense demand for pre-rolls, Canapa’s Automatic Pre-Roll Tube Loading System was engineered to seamlessly integrate into the company’s JuanaRoll automatic pre-roll machine or any existing production line.
The system was designed to reduce labor, while increasing productivity for cannabis producers of all sizes. It uses a servo-driven indexing pocket conveyor to receive pre-rolled joints and then dispenses single pre-rolls into rigid tubes or trays at a speed of up to 3,000 joints per hour.
The Automatic Pre-Roll Tube Loading System can also be incorporated into an end-to-end production process that includes Canapa’s KAPR and LBLR machines for capping and labeling and the WeightCheQ machine for precision weighing.
