Interchange VIII was a big hit. More than 40 growers and processors exchanged info — and had meetings with — 40 retail stores. The structure of the event could be described as “speed dating” for suppliers and buyers. Based on a submitted wish list, each grower/processor received 20-24 meetings with buyers from stores across Washington over the two-day stretch. We have already started taking reservations for Interchange IX, which is set to open this Spring (details below).

Due to the coronavirus Interchange IX will be moved to September 8-9 at the Renton Pavilion and Colorado Interchange is temporarily set as TBD. Registration for both events is now open.

Doors open at 8:00 am, meeting run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Interchange is an event held over the course of a two-day period where retailers meet with a series of producers and processors in a 1:1 private setting to learn about product offerings with an end goal of structuring deals.  This unique process enhances industry-wide productivity and provides an environment to foster relationships with like-minded business professionals.
