Interchange VI was a big hit. More than 40 growers and processors exchanged info — and had meetings with — 40 retail stores. The structure of the event could be described as “speed dating” for suppliers and buyers. Based on a submitted wish list, each grower/processor received 20-24 meetings with buyers from stores across Washington over the two-day stretch. We have already started taking reservations for Interchange VII, which is set to open this Spring (details below).

 

Interchange VII will be held on May 1-2 at the Renton Pavilion. Several new retailers will be added to the line-up, and registration is now open.

Interchange is an event held over the course of a two-day period where retailers meet with a series of producers and processors in a 1:1 private setting to learn about product offerings with an end goal of structuring deals.  This unique process enhances industry-wide productivity and provides an environment to foster relationships with like-minded business professionals.
