Aaron Nosbisch has built Brēz into the industry’s leading infused beverage.
Brēz was founded in February 2023. The company brought in $28 million in revenue in 2024 and is on pace to more than double that amount after bringing in $13 million in the first quarter of 2025.
The next major milestone for Nosbisch and his team will be transitioning Brēz into a mass-appeal beverage company, with non-infused products for any time of day.
Along with this shift in positioning and the release of new products, the company is making significant improvements with lower prices and the introduction of four-packs.
Nosbisch and his team say the next chapter for Brēz is about broadening access, deepening impact and meeting customer interests.
Nosbisch says the company was founded in pursuit of an alternative to alcohol, which he spent years consuming before realizing it wasn’t the social lubricant he thought it was.
“The confidence I was getting only resulted in anxiety, and the fun I was having led to unavoidable hangovers and regrets the next day,” he says.
Nosbisch believed there must be a better way to create that same euphoric feeling he wanted without the inevitable drawbacks of alcohol. He couldn’t find an alternative, so after assembling the right partners, they decided to create one.
Nosbisch and his team felt that moving into the beverage sector was a no-brainer. They wanted to be a part of the legacy of social beverages, which have been deeply rooted in culture for thousands of years.
