Interchange is a business-only event that connects cannabis brands with retail buyers in a series of face-to-face meetings over the course of two days. It’s designed to be highly efficient and deliver participants the most bang for their buck.
Best described as “speed dating for the cannabis industry,” Interchange is ideal for vendors looking to promote new products, expand their retail footprint or just building and maintaining existing relationships within the industry.
The event is not open to the public and does not feature education tracks or keynote speakers. Event organizers save businesses time and money by pounding the pavement for attendees, eliminating cold calls, walk-ins and waiting, so brands can focus purely on making sales.
Qualified retail buyers attend the event for free, but space is limited and all participants must register in advance. All participants receive a schedule of meetings prior to the event.

Why attend?
The cannabis industry is extremely inefficient: Laws prohibiting the mailing or shipping of marijuana, and the distance between retail locations means that potential vendors spend a lot of time and energy driving to sales calls, dropping off samples, then waiting for a purchase order.
Interchange is about efficiency. Retailers save time by meeting prescheduling vendor meetings with curated vendors and seeing the latest product offerings in the industry in just two days.
Our company is vertically integrated. Can we participate as a retailer and a vendor?
Yes! Your company will need to register twice, but we’d love to have you participate as both a buyer and seller. Retailers participate for free. Vendors pay to have a booth and a set of scheduled meetings with buyers. Contact us, or email Sales@MarijuanaVenture.com with any questions.
How many people can we bring to the event?
Technically there’s no limit. Most retailers will bring 2 people (a combination of owners, managers and buyers), but some will only bring 1, while others bring 3 or more, particularly for vertically integrated companies participating as a buyer and seller.
We only have staff available for 1 day. Are we eligible to participate?

How do I meet with a specific buyer?
As the event gets closer, vendors will be able to submit a “wish list” based on the attending retailers. Interchange staff will do their best to ensure vendors get as many of their top picks as possible.
