While most vape pens use a 510 thread coil heating element to vaporize waxes, Skama Tek went a different direction with a custom, donut-style atomizer that creates a consistent connection with the battery to provide a smoother, more potent vapor for the user.
According to the company, the patent-pending “snap and lock system” creates a better connection to the battery, allowing each of the vaporizer’s three heat settings to be achieved more accurately, resulting in a more enjoyable user experience at any temperature.
Skama Tek was founded by a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. For every unit the company sells, the company donates one vaporizer to a veteran dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder in an attempt to help stem the opioid crisis.
Skama Tek pens are also easy to take apart and clean and come with a dab tool so users can load the chamber, reattach the atomizer and get back to vaping in no time.
