Wisconsin-based extraktLAB, makers of full-solution CBD oil extraction equipment for hemp and cannabis, in December launched four new automated manufacturing equipment solutions.
The new extraktLAB lineup additions are:
– The shuckNbuck: This bucking machine completely strips flower off the stem of a plant in less than five seconds. Operators collect ground material with an attached hopper and cyclone for easy bulk container loading. Additional features include safety bar, motor brake, e-stop and easy-to-clean components.
– The E-180: A modified version of extraktLAB’s E-140 supercritical CO2 extractor. The new machine processes up to 840 pounds of hemp per day, producing in excess of three kilograms of CBD oil every hour. The system is also capable of subcritical extractions.
– The fracTRON: A three-stage fractional solvent distillation system designed for rapid and complete removal of volatiles from liquids. It supports throughput capacity of 40 gallons per hour in a continuous process flow.
Key advantages of the system include its clog-free, continuous ethanol removal.
– The clearSTILL: A wiped film distillation apparatus that incorporates two thin film evaporation stills with ultra-low temperature condensers in a single piece of equipment. The unit will distill up to six liters per hour, while automated, recipe-driven operation provides continuous, hands-off operation with automated mass data logging.
