99 Ways to Make a Pipe

With a hollow Twinkie on the cover and a tongue firmly planted in a cheek, the new book “99 Ways to Make a Pipe” helps cannabis users answer the question, “How am I going to smoke this?”

Packed with photos of everyday items such as bananas, candy chews and crayons and simple instructions on how to turn them into smoking device (example, for crayons: “1. Remove the wrapper so the paper keeps its tubular shape; 2. Fill with flower and smoke; 3. Keep coloring outside the lines”), this humorous collection of DIY pipes by author and industrial designer Brett Stern offers a fun take on the idea that stoner ingenuity can solve any problem.

The book is listed at $10.95 and is published by Overcup Press.
